OMGA T 2005 SNC Cut-Off Saw

The T 2005 SNC is an automatic high speed cross cut saw system suitable for cutting single or multiple stacked pieces. It is equipped with a CNC precision programmable pusher, to accurately position the board to the selected lengths. The electrical components and Computer ESA TRIA 250 are onboard a separate console which can be placed to preference to ease the job of the operator. The software is capable of executing two types of cycles: STANDARD MODE: Will cut all the pieces of the longest length followed by the next closer dimension, all the way down the programmed cutting list. SEQUENCED MODE: In this mode it is possible to make the best use the material by pre programming a sequence of different length pieces from each board i.e.: 1st size, the desired length for this size piece, the number of pieces of this length on each board, the total number of pieces of this length required in the cutting list, 2nd size etc. The loading station consists in a flat metal surface where the operator is able to prepare several boards to be loaded. A tilted steel table ensures that the boards are flat against the fence while making the loading operation very ergonomic. A pneumatic cylinder with adjustable speed controls the up-stroke, with a flow regulator conveniently locate in the front of the machine. The fully adjustable blade guard, acts as a clamp for the workpiece and it is automatically activated in cycle with the machine. A safety hood with Plexiglas window offers total protection of the cutting area. A motorized conveyor belt at the outfeed, unloads the pieces onto a variety of optional automatic sorting systems or directly in to a general sorting area.
